В посте Exchange Server 2010 OWA and Instant Messaging (OCS) Integration я рассказывал о том как интегрировать OCS в OWA, с выходом Service Pack 1 для Exchange 2010 метод интеграции изменился, если раньше нужно было редактировать web.config и каждый раз при обновлении Exchange это нужно было проделывать по новой.

В Service Pack 1 был обновлен командлет Set-OwaVirtualDirectory который позволяет с легкостью проинтегрировать IM в OWA, подробно о том “как” смотрим в блоге msexchangeteam.com
